PayPal takes Paytm to court, says ‘copied’ trademark

The notice checked on by TOI, says that PayPal has brought up that Paytm’s trademark is “misleadingly and confusingly like PayPal” with a comparative colour scheme.

“The main syllable in every check is in dark blue shading and second syllable is in light blue shading.
